CANCELLATION POLICY
I completely understand that life is unpredictable and things come up, but your spot is specifically held for you. So to respect my time and other clients, I have put a cancellation policy in place. I kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of appointment total to the card on file. No-shows will be charged the full amount. I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. I appreciate you supporting my business!
